NO, absolutely not, reading a person's status has nothing to do with the security of your or his messenger account. It is just like giving an ID to a friend do add you to his list.

How well are my data protected?

The algorithm used does not require you to log in into your messenger account, therefore we DO NOT have access to your name and password. The account that you create on Yawhoz! has nothing to do with our Yahoo! account. Also, your login credentials and checked ID's are encrypted in our database, so noone can have access to them, even if they whould have access to our database (which is imposibile, too)

How many Yahoo IDs can I check per day?

There's no limit for checking Yahoo IDs and detecting invisibles for now.

Scan that Yahoo! Mess ID for more times and if the problem persists, it means we are either upgrading our system or our or Yahoo’s servers are busy, so you should try a few minutes later.
